I was tasked to manage the Toast Box account on social media. This involves stakeholder management in proposing new uncanny ideas to introduce their line of new dishes and traditional coffee. To drive more budget behind paid social posts, I produced pitch decks featuring new content and fresh ideas for their anniversary and new store opening. This created a lot of buzz and the engagement on socials increased by 100% on FB/IG with our monthly reporting analysis.
